Corporate gender self-assessment tool development

This project involved contributing technical expertise to UN Women and its partners UN Global Compact, the IDB, and BSR to develop the Women’s Empowerment Principles Gap Analysis Tool. 

This is a self-assessment tool to support companies to assess their gender equality performance across the workplace, marketplace and community. 

Prior to this we had drafted the UN Women Private Sector Accountability Framework, and supporting technical notes, as a tool to support UN Women’s private sector partners to understand their gender impacts, identify their existing strengths and weaknesses and monitor their gender equality progress over time.
